Our standard MOQ is 1 Metric Ton for most products. For sample orders we accept from 50kg. Sample costs are fully refundable against the first commercial order. Contact us to discuss specific product MOQs.

We accept Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and advance payment. For first-time buyers we require 30% advance with balance before shipment. Established buyers may qualify for net-30 L/C terms.

Processing and packaging takes 7–14 days after order confirmation. Sea freight transit: Middle East 10–15 days, Europe 20–30 days, USA 25–35 days, Southeast Asia 12–20 days. Air freight available for urgent orders.

We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, Lab Test Reports, and any market-specific documents (EU Organic cert, USDA, etc.).

Yes. We offer complete private label solutions including custom packaging design, branding, and retail-ready packaging for all our products. MOQ for private label is 500kg per SKU. Artwork must be provided in print-ready format.

Absolutely. We send samples (50g–500g per product) via DHL or FedEx courier. Sample cost is covered by the buyer including shipping charges. Sample cost is fully refundable on your first commercial order exceeding 1 MT.
